HOT this is the best protein powder I've ever had, and I've tried a *lot*. Almost never falls below 30 quid for 5kg, so a steal at 27.

5kg impact diet whey 39 pounds with delivery when You use discount code

You'd be far better paying a touch more and getting regular impact whey which has a higher protein content and there's barely any difference in calories.

No one told you it’s time to bulk.

Nice one

see, it works, your 39 pounds lighter already ;)

If it fits in your calories/macronutrients then yes absolutely. I'm currently stripping back my bodyfat, sufficient protein is essential for me to maintain my muscle mass and prioritise my bodyfat for energy whilst in a deficit over muscle. Improved body composition is usually the goal, so fat loss rather than weight loss. With sufficient protein, your body is less likely to cannibalize your muscle tissue for energy needs. A lot of the time when people cut calories drastically or have been in a deficit for some time then even if the number on the scale is dropping, they look softer because some of the weightloss is due to a loss in muscle mass. Whey protein is just a convenient protein source with a good amino acid profile (with next to no calories from carbs or fats). It's not needed, I get most of my protein from food sources. Whey is just more convenient sometimes. I personally recommend MyProtein Impact or Isolate (I use Impact because I have no digestion issues with whey so Isolate isn't worth the extra cost for me). They always have deals. i recently made a purchase with a 52% off code. Subscribe to tgheir email), According to LabDoor.com testing, MyProtein is one of the best there is.

Would you recommend good protein for weight loss?

I really wouldn't recommend this for performance or for the price. Only 68% protein and full of junk that doesn't need to be in there. Go for either Concentrate or Isolate, depending on budget/digestion.

Agree, no idea how this deal has gotten hot

Unless you're absolutely desperate to get it now (which I doubt anyone is), I'd just be patient and keep an eye out for the Amazon deals that come and go, then stock up when they're live. In my opinion, it's just another protein powder and overpriced even at £14/kg when there's better protein powders out there available for under £10/kg from the bulk suppliers pretty much all the time!!

Optimum Nutrition ON Whey Whey Protein Powder - Chocolate, 33 Servings, 891g £10.77 + £4.49 delivery (Non Prime) @ Amazon
Found 6th DecFound 6th Dec
It says its £17.95, but theres a 35% voucher promotion underneath that reduces price to £10.77

I see the ON whey mass a long way down the list, but i cant see this whey on the list, but i know this whay has more protein per 100g than the mass, so it doesnt make sense to me.

Ye my protein unflavoured is my go to more protien per 100g and cheaper on a good deal.

https://labdoor.com/rankings/protein/quality You'll see none of the ON products rate very highly when tested

I'd wait for the 2.4kg tub to go on offer. Better packaging too.

I thought ON was a decenr brand? , and a decent price for this.

It's not about time machines. They regularly drop the price to the mid twenties, so you can bet it will be priced similarly in the not to distant future

LOL! I bought a 5KG bag for £23 last month - when it 'wasn't Black Friday'!!!

I wish it was just one fixed price per kg. Why should it be a headache when buying protein powder. Sack the codes off and give me a standard good price! (mad)

Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Whey Protein Powder - 68 Servings, 2.24kg - £33.99 - Amazon
Found 23rd NovFound 23rd Nov
The general consensus is those normally bite at this when under £35!. Normal price is around £42. Highly recommend chocolate peanut butter.

Bought with a £5 voucher. Running low so can’t wait for it to drop further. Top up £25 at shop to get £5 voucher. And 5% off as student. Thanks OP. Cheers! (y)

Sorry my mistake

It's still a decent price. Sometimes the bigger bag is available at a good price as well.

I've bought this from amazon twice, once for 9quid (ridiculous offer) and one recently for 38 quid using a voucher. I think 33 quid is good though. I always seem to need it when the price is full price everywhere. If I stock up it eventually goes out or date. Annoying. So I only buy when I need it.

Amazon. Yeah.

Gold Standard Whey Protein 2.27kg £33.99 @ Amazon
Found 23rd NovFound 23rd Nov
Top selling and most reviewed whey protein at £33.99. (Normally £45)

Lol! I buy My Protein Impact Whey Unflavoured to have with my porridge in the morning. I also have the ON Gold Double Chocolate when I go to the Gym(stuff above). Difference is the On Gold stuff has a nice taste and mixes well with water as well as milk (very powdery) I mix with water. The MyProtein whey is abit more fluffy and kind of damp and more milk like and doesnt mix as good with just water. On Gold is defiantely worth the little extra and agree the price normally hovers around the mid 20's to early 30 pounds mark. I bought some On Gold recently on the subscribe and save on Amazon which was 30 percent off plus 5 percent a couple of weeks back. Hope that help someone

may want to read this before making a purchase: https://labdoor.com/rankings/protein

Ok then? Think your a bit confused... even if it's slightly different you compare for best price... stop getting stuck on this one specific brand there all same lol

Again, it's not the same product.

And? I said i paid 10 quid per 1kg not this brand any brand is good as long as its mainly protein not added stuff... my protein is current what i said no NEED to buy this brand hshs

Thanks just orderd the banana flavour on subscribe and save as I am not in a hurry , plus extra saving. heat added

Yea bulkpowders whet concentrate. I will prob just look for a bulkpowders isolate on bf as I dont want to get too much into the flavours game. Vanilla is great

Agreed, but this one tastes so damn good 8)

Whey concentrate will drop in price again coz of Black Friday. Buy that and buy some green tea extract (have the full dose. This only has 100mg a serving) and you’ll save money.

If that’s bulk powders whey then this isn’t the same and personally don’t think this is worth it. This has less protein per 100g and the added green tea isn’t worth the extra cost

I was replying to someone asking if this would make them strong like hercules. Without doing any exercise, protein wouldn't help them get strong at all but steriods would. Dotn worry, I don't think people need steriods to get strong.

You don't need steriods

You're thinking of steriods XD

Just saw: "Usually dispatched within 1 to 2 months" Out

@tlsee_88 how did you get £20? i get £21 something? I am a prime student too.

Just above £20 is a good price for ON. There will always be arguments about protein quality from any party whether that be about ON or MP. I have always ordered my protein from the online stores like MP and i have never tried ON, so with this price i think i will bite.

My protein have sales every couple of weeks. A couple of months ago they were selling 250g for £1, so £4 for 1kg

Apologies, I was forgetting I get a further discount on there as I'm a subscriber to their All Access plans. I paid £34 each so not that much less really :)

You will probably get it even cheaper around Black Friday, but not right now.

Should be around £25 during black friday on Amazon

It comes about 50p cheaper but you have to buy 2.

An absolute bargain for this amount of protein, they have 33% off many products.
Get dealGet deal

Both are pretty decent, mix well, similar specs. I buy a big order maybe once every 3-4 months, I tend to use whatever discount codes I can find on both sites, add the same stuff to a basket and compare the prices before ordering the cheapest. Myprotein is usually a few quid cheaper.

If they're eating or drinking anything low calorie then that would be effort better spent on whole milk + whey. IMO

Compare bulkpowders whey?

I did my nose is all muscley now

This is an OK price but MyProtein quite literally always have a 40% off code floating about. With that, a 2.5kg bag is between £20.99 - £22.80, depending on flavour.
