Might be worth adding four chocolates and sweets or cheap items to get the 15% discount. Adding four items for a pound will still total ~£49 rather than £53 for just the whey. Change your s&s delivery date to the earliest you can and you’ll get it sooner.
Thanks,yes I only have 5% s&s. £53 is still a brilliant price for 4.53kg though,thanks for highlighting it!
There are three discounts: 15% s&s 15% first subscription and 10% prime student totalling 40% so £50 item should be £30. Maybe you have 5% s&s and gift card credit?
How are you getting these prices? I’m a prime student and have the 15% offer,2.27 is costing 31.50 and 4.53kg is £53 after deductions?
Shook my PhD blender bottle (with stainless steel ball-shaped whisk) far more vigorously today and it had the least amount of dry powder lumps thus far. I’m mixing mine with water btw.
I tried stirring with a spoon and then using a fork, but the same result. I'll have to go for a blender anyway.
Dont go to deep into the whole this/that protein if starting out. If you are ever a pro IFBB training for Mr Universe or Olympia then look at protein types, timing etc and all the other things that might make 1% difference. For 99.9% of gym goers the old 1-1.5g per lbs of body weight is perfect. DYOR
In honesty I don't know as I am just getting back into training. Casein is meant to be a slow burning protein that is available to the body over a longer period. Personally I would have preffered Whey isolate which is said to be absorbed into the body faster but it was more expensive. I guess that makes this a normal protein - or somewhere between the two. It will do me and I had put on weight with normal whey in the past.
I am just starting out at the gym. If I get this then do I need to get Casein protein for after workouts? Or is this all I need?
Mine just arrived, amazing - just like chocolate milk and so lean. Back up to £35 on Amazon now
Take reviews like this with a grain of salt unless there's a significant pattern of similar events.
Its Amazons fault. They storage the power so bad :-( But some extra protein is always okay :D
Taking it since i started bodybuilding 10 years ago. It is the biggest german protein company, its all made in germany with the highest standards and labs certifications (own and extern) Here you can see it They are sponsoring lot of famous athletes in germany like the mr olympia competeter David Hoffmann, or like Tim Budesheim and they have the biggest german BB forum team-andro.com with 300.000 members. Also they have their own news site and their photograph is one of the famoust Bodybuilding Photograph worldwide They are getting their protein powder from Sachsenmilch (the company behind Müllermilch). They are saying that they are only using the best flavours and for me, that is true! Tested a lot of protein, Body&FIT, Allstars, ESN, Myprotein, Olimp, Ironmaxx, PBN, BioTech and this is (for me) really the best brand If you have any questions abput the protein you can ask the developer directly https://www.team-andro.com/phpBB3/esn-designer-whey-t117667.html But anyway, Myprotein also get their powder from Sachsenmilch. The taste is not as good as the esn protein, but also on a high level and much cheaper. So decide by yourself (y) Greetings from germany (hope my englisch is not so bad :-( )
That happens in any warehouse. At least it’s not in the product itself. As far as we know. Other reviews look positive.
Thanks, managed to get it for £25.77 via s&s, as well as an additional 15% off showing and a further £5 off by having it delivered to a local amazon locker. So works out at a shade under 65p per 40g serving. Although delivery is not until next month
Unless you are a very advanced bodybuilder or weightlifter, you'd get very little benefit from switching from regular whey isolate to this
Fri mwhat is seen it's nice It's more a water flavouring texture fro mwhat iv read hence the summer flavourings Iv never had a bad product from phd if I'm honest Iv out an order in anyway Also not sure on the negative votes The 12 bars alone set you back around £16 normally
Anyone tasted these? Really curious on how it tastes because usually with protein they have a harsh whey taste to them
Just as a comparison my proteins version comes in at £41.55 for 3 using code Easter But that's not including postage or getting 12 free bars
From my protein. I assume you are confused by me saying through BLD? It's blue light discount card which gives discounts to numerous retailers. 50 percent off at my protein. Need to provide proof of eligible employment in the emergency services to get one. Hope that helps.
From where sorry?
You could buy unflavoured whey and then get flavour drops to add to it. I'm looking for some stevia flavoured ones myself (can't stomach aspartame, sucralose, acesulfame potassium). That way you can choose each day what flavour you'd like and not be tied down to one variety (y)
Not an argument, easily confused with those measurements on the scoop but hopefully that clarifies it for everyone. (y)
People are even putting this in there morning coffees now it seems
Thanks! Managed to get for £22.31 with S&S (y) 🏽
OK mate, don't know where you shop for protein these days but even with the offer myprotein are running at the minute there similar product is still more, and its taste is miles off this one! Maybe offer some further information as to where we can go next time to help everyone looking to save coin! (y)
