    I also use this regular with no issues, not the worse not the best either some people don't seem to realise that you have to do some work in a gym to see results the protein won't do it for yeah.lol.

    I bought this once. It is a very cheap option. Unfortunately it is by far the worst tasting mix I have ever bought. When I tried it for the first time I had to brace myself for each gulp and I thought "How on earth am I even going to make it through this huge tub". I did get used to the flavour after a while and it was not so bad but I would rather pay more for a better tasting shake that I look forward to drinking seeing as I drink them every day.
