sorted byThis is how negative people have become. Your not happy with the 20% they are giving you, you're more worrried about the vulnerable. Where does it say vulnerable people only and normal people are not welcome. Are you saying no one should ever go out now to shops because they have vulnerable to protect. There is a virus but it's not H&Ms fault and they are giving people discount for these people to go out because someday life has to go back to normal. So why not start with your blue light card
*your blue light card status should be revoked, for your ungrateful attitude.
I’ve used a few really good discounts.
Also I work Thursday-Sunday so I’m going to H&M on Monday.... so...
Seriously?
As a bluelight card holder i work shifts therefore am often off midweek when most people are at work. In fact i begrudge having weekends off as i then have to shop with other people.
Regarding the statement that all bluecard promotions are “crappy” i totally disagree. Thanks to bluelight card i utilise reduced price gift vouchers for all of my weekly food shopping, currently have m&s vouchers that were 7.5% off and waitrose with 4%. If you drink starbucks you get 10% off at the till and there is another way to get even more mone off of your purchases.
If you get nothing out of your card then give it up you arent obliged to have it
It's just as well that blue light card holders have the choice where they shop or not. It would be a real shame if they were forced to go into a shop to buy something that was non essential. (edited)
Let's offer them a 20 % discount but in store only!
You do know what blue light card is right??? We get codes unique to us which could be used for online orders... but no this is in store only. Not only do we blue light card holders work stupid hours and could only go here weekends... if were not working weekends it puts us at risk.
Its dumb and the shop is only doing it because no one with a bl card will actually be going!! Same with all the other bl card crappy promotions!
Look at pizza hut. 50% off with bl card but the deals for everyone are actually better so why the fk would i ever use my bl card deal????
This is the only post that has made sense to me so far!
You're a bit grumpy aren't you
Everyone is entitled to their opinion whether a deal is any good or not. Just take it on the chin if a deal does not work for you, without berating anyone who has a different opinion to you.
There is enough sadness in the world right now. It is time to be nice to others.
I genuinely hope you find the deals you are looking for. Whatever you do, stay safe out there.
My goodness you do feel some sort of entitlement don't you? You pay to be a member of a blue light card, just as you do with many other discount schemes (NUS etc). If you don't like the deals, complain, or vote with you feet.
I have been a member of discount cards such as this, and personally never moan if a deal isn't right for me, because it is probably of value to someone else.
Or you could just carry on being miserable and calling people dumb.
Well actually life doesn't have to go back to normal at all. There's such a thing as adaptation.
Like i said... deal is crap. Also people are dumb AF thinking im slagging the BL card off... NO im slagging the pathetic deals that some places add to it. And you people work for emergency services? LOL wow...
No im just screwed in... not dumb like the above posters...
You Shouldve said in a Craig David song sort of way
You hit the nail right on the head there
Shop's don't want to be open to abuse while trying to do the right thing
Maybe youre or something i shouldnt have to educate you if you actually work for any of the services... but when the shop offers 15% off everything delivered but 20% off for bl cards collection only it seems silly to me.
If you can't understand i feel sorry for anyone who has contact with you.
Thats the British attitude I like
