sorted byLovely build and screen plus great speakers but that cpu is slow and the 4gb ram is just not enough nowadays, i know something has to give to get the specs but corners cut lead to a slow experience, takes upwards of 90 seconds to boot some days.
No free case at this price but still a lot of tablet for the cash..

What's general performance like?
I bought a Huawei Matepad 10.4 recently and it has 3GB ram and it skips along and has no issues at day to day tasks (browser, YouTube etc). It has a Huawei Kirin 810 CPU.
Before I had the latest Amazon FireHD 10 and that was generally poor to medium performance wise (but low end mediatek in that). Huawei Matepad is night and day difference.
Obviously I'm not comparing like for like when getting down to details - which makes all the difference
Just checked and using code ABLC10 now works and should work till March 31st.
Will I be buying - no
This is a massive 12 inch tablet with 8 speakers. The screen ratio is perfect for watching movies, TV shows and YouTube videos.
iPad is 4/3 aspect ratio with black boarders and only 2 speakers firing from the side, it's a lot faster though off course. The honour is not slow either. (edited)
