    If these are not cranked hinges the gate will be around 20mm forward of the post, if you don’t want your gate to lift off, fit the top spindle facing down

    Not sure on these one's but some come with a hole through the top of the shaft for a padlock, also clearance cranked hinges at screwfix but unable to post their deals at the moment.
