    > Enjoy hours of outdoor fun

It takes ages to fill up, and of course, using an outdoor tap its cold water. Even if the outside temperature is 30'c, it'll take ages to get warm water. Then as soon as the water gets warm, it'll start to turn green. You need to throw in anti-algae and chlorine tablets. And whatever you do, don't wear nice clothes when you do dose the pool .. its so easy to get chlorine on your clothes which obviously ruins them.
And never leave a pool filled with water over the winter. If it freezes, it can potentially split the fabric or the tubing for the pump (says Chris, who left his pool filled with water and has now got a split tubing).
And if you can get a cover for it, it'll help. Ours didn't, and again, if you leave it open, you'll get leaves, bugs and occasionally the odd dead bird in it (they think they can land on it, fail, then drown).
Finally, invest in a pump (to help empty the damn thing) and a wet-dry hoover (to get rid of the crud at the bottom of the pool .. leaves, bugs, etc). And if you're an idiot like me who leaves the pool open, you'll also need a jetwash to get rid of the green algae that builds up on the sides, regardless of if theres water in it.

tldr; these look like fun, but they're not. They're a chore. Get a bucket and plop your bum in that instead. You'll thank me later.

Not really, get a sand filter, and run it for 2 hours everyday. Add a cup of chlorine granules (ive never ruined any clothes) once a day. Algaecide once a week , and brush the bottom and sides every few days. Never had an issue. Also cover the pool, you can get a bubble wrap cover that lies on top for about £10. Been using this pool every year for 4 years. What i will say though is never really gets warm, decent heaters cost a fortune so not worth it, bought my son a wet suit instead lol .

Don't forget to factor in the cost of grass seed for the 12ft manky circle on your lawn once you take it down...and your neighbours not talking to you for a few weeks while the smell of manky dead grass fades away.

During the Covid spring / summer when it was non stop sunshine and people were desperate for garden stuff, this deal would be hotter than the sun.

At the moment, when it’s been non stop rain for the last 8 months, it’s a pass.

Looks a good deal but with our weather at the moment, it’s not getting much use. (edited)

Does this actually come with a pump? Details of the pump are given above, but Amazon says it doesn’t.

No doesn't look like despite the description. The cartridge ones they supply are useless anyway, if you're gonna get a pool invest in a sand filter

Bought a 15ft one of these for less than £40 from Amazon a few months ago, was hoping for a warmer Easter period as kids would of loved having it up.
