sorted byMy hubby and I have a Keter shed which came with a 10 year warranty. Last year my hubby contacted Keter for a replacement part for the shed and after Keter attempted to source the part for a couple of months they contacted us to offer us a full refund since they could not source the part. They said they wanted our bank details to lodge the money directly into our bank account and a copy of our receipt. We were dubious but since hubby had been contacting them on that email address we gave them the bank details and within a few days the full amount we had paid for the shed had been credited to our account. We’ll definitely purchase Keter again since they offer amazing customer service.
I got no response from them when I requested to order replacement shed parts. What email address did you use please?
I need some 6cm screws, a roof clip and 2 roof panel joint strips.
Customer service is closed on weekends and closes by 4pm on weekdays. Online they have a submission form which mandates you submit proof of purchase which was not available.
When I called them, the customer service agent was very unprofessional, unhelpful, incoherent and dismissive.
She kept referring me to their useless website and asked me to take pictures of the parts needed and to submit in their online form. When I managed to get that done, they asked for yet further mages and the receipt.
I again explained that the receipt was lost and we were not looking for a warranty claim but just customer support.
They blanket refused to give me any guidance on the bits I needed. I advised them to stop calling themselves the customer service team as they were only a warranty service team.
Conclusion: look after your receipt in case of needing to make a warranty claim but if you are looking for customer service as well, probably better off looking elsewhere.
