I would recommend the Sabatier one over the kitchen aid, a lot bigger and better use of space. Don’t fall for the brand name! Out of stock online but was available in warehouse the last time I went

    £40 delivered Mayfair

For that price difference you'd be better off signing up to costco online only for £15 a year and has no eligibility criteria.

Is it really that good a deal?

I have a similar Joseph Joseph one and it's about the same price on Amazon, no need to faff around with Costco membership. It works amazingly well, I highly recommend it.

As an incredibly lazy person I put everything - even the food waste bin - in the dishwasher, which I assume is like one of these.

However, if you are considerably less lazy and wash things up when it tells you too...heat. My experience is everything can go in the dishwasher, and the few things that can't are better off in the bin anyway.

Wow. That’s a helpful post. Thanks for contributing.

If you have a Costco membership - which a huge number of people on here do - then it’s a good deal. End of.

It’s Costco warehouse not online, as it says in the picture I added. That’s from a Costco email I received yesterday.

Isn’t it missing a place to put the kitchen knifes? They’re one of the few things that don’t go in the dishwasher here because of their wooden handles. Their blender, waffle iron, mixer and stand mixer are all brilliant items. We would have probably got their toaster and kettle if they had been available at the time. Their panini pan was one of the few things thatwe didn’t think through when we bought it, and I have been far from impressed with their food processor. Still, seems a good price, heat added. just don’t buy it because of the name.

I wouldn’t buy the sabaitier one.... didn’t read the reviews before I bought mine; all complaining about the drip tray not angled correctly.... taking it back on my next trip!

I bought this one but had to return as it was too large for my draining board. Ended up buying simplehuman (also from Costco) which is perfect.

    In what way though?
It's like saying "if you already pay for netflix, the free new movie coming out is a good deal".

And 30 quid for a draining rack? Let's forgive the fact you can pick them up for a quid from any supermarket, and focua on the fact that all the ones posted in the comments float at this standard price.

This isn't a deal, it's just more tosh, which comprises the core HUKD experience. If it generates a Pepper™®© kickback, you can bet it'll get outrageous heat...
