    Just shows you the markup the supermarkets have on beer, wine and spirits . They will not be selling at a loss !

    Not necessarily in the case of clearance sales. It is more about recovering fixed costs than making profit.

    Just got the last two cases in ASDA. It’s 6.0% here by the way, which I don’t mind, as I can at least enjoy a couple of bottles without hitting the deck! (edited)

    I think I'm right in saying that the ABV of Leffe Blonde was recently reduced from 6.6% to 6.0%.

    So I would speculate that this reduced price deal may be available in the Asda stores in England that have stock of the packs with 6.6% ABV.

    I would imagine that the packs with 6.0% ABV will be full price.

    If you mean Leffe Brune (dark), it is actually less at 6.5% ABV.
    Leffe Triple is 8.5% and Rituel is 9%

    Great price. Asda online price is £15. So I would guess this is store specific rather than national.

    This stuff is actually quite sickly, odd flavour and sweet.

    Might be drinkable to hipster craft beer lovers but I'm a normal man who drinks cheap larger and it's a no from me.

    Saw cans of Leffe in my local Asda for the first time, 6% and a very different, but pleasant taste to the bottles.
