    Yup, I realise that it's only 3.4%, but I find I can't drink as much or as heavily as I used to (up until last year) when I eventually succumbed to having to take tablets for high blood pressure. I thought one way to still have a drink, is try one or two of the lighter alcohol volume beers/lagers. That way I can still socialise with mates etc without having to go onto soft drinks. I still prefer the more fuller %/vol, but that's just my personal situation of course.
    Also some of these brewers are perhaps lowering the %/vol because of the new duty tax brought in last year. The more alcohol, the more tax, just a thought.

    I've not tried this, but Hobgoblin session IPA isn't bad for a 3.4% beer and currently £8 for 10 cans at Tesco with a clubcard
