Data East and Ziggurat Interactive’s ‘Retro Classix‘ titles are now poised to leave GOG and Steam at the end of the month on April 30th. GOG shared the announcement below alongside the beginning of a final 50% off sale.

"12 of Retro Classix games (titles developed by Data East and re-published by Ziggurat Interactive) are going to be delisted on April 30th, 2024. The silver lining here is that each of them are discounted -50% until the time of the delisting" - GOG

A bit pricey for such old games. A quid would be reasonable

I grew up with the arcade machines if that era, however Bad Dudes Vs Dragon Ninja and Two Crude are the only two I can remember. Have such good memories of the two of them (especially Bad Dudes)

Thanks for the heads up, think I am going to be get the Joe & Mac bundle, spent many hours on that as a kid, talking if kid, BC Kid (Bonk) in was class, too.. Never see much about that one like we do some of the other classics, nor Super Frog (edited)

I only remember Joe & Mac from those, think I'll grab the bundle thanks, do they play OK, I've grabbed old games in the past and they are rubbish pc versions instead of arcade versions?

Wondering if Hamster have picked up the licence? A bit annoying that they don't release on xbox (PS and Switch), but kudos to them for preserving old games legitimately.
