Ahhhh Luke. Used to like my local one until I bought a coat under the promise I could return if wrong size. When my payment was taken they then went back on this and stated because it was a sale item it was exchange only. I hadn’t even left the till. I then had to argue for 30 mins for a refund whilst the guy finished with “I’ll do it this once as a goodwill gesture” .

Nice clothes but wouldn’t shop there again now - shame.. (edited)

Just had my order and there is a returns slip with it that gives you the option of refund or exchange. It has a returns slip and appears to be free returns.
