Less breathable but more waterproof.
Sizing is different too, look at chart. Also only £1.95 for p&p. (edited)

7.000mm HH, not mega waterproof, but okay for a short and light downpour I guess. I was wearing a jacket with a supposed 10,000hh yesterday and got drenched in a heavy downpour. Can't complain at the pricing though.

Is this actually the original Mac in a Sac? Not listed on their website plus this may not have the same waterproof rating. Breathability looks fine but no idea whether their "Teflon coating" is any good.

Doesn't mention the hydrostatic head performance. I know the current Mac in a Sac is 10,000 for both HH and Breathability, no idea what this one is.
