The most wishlisted game ever on Steam has been released into early access with a discount from the standard £35.99 price. The developer has confirmed that this is not available through 3rd party code sellers, so for now this is the cheapest (and only) way to get the game.

But with GOG you can use a VPN to purchase. I paid £12.55 ($15 Moldova).
