I’ve had two of these and both had to be returned as some of the switches were loose, couldn’t tell if on or off. I’ve seen others report the same issue. So maybe something to look out for.

Could be a bad batch. Doesn't make it any better though as electric appliances shouldn't make it to market like this.

Saying this all of the extensions in my house are Masterplug including the garden and I've never had a single issue. My go to brand so far. (edited)
