innit better and more fun if u just chuck banana skins and vegetable peels etc into the soil and let it breakdown into nutrients

I just did this the other day once it was soaked in the water, and used the water as high potassium water. Does it take long to breakdown? I mixed it in a bit deeper as it's for my potatoes.
I guess this fertiliser has other elements too though

Is this good for vine plants? Or just flowers
    Cheeky_Chap's avatar
Yes it's great for vine plants. I even use it when initially planting, no harm in giving them a healthy start!

This doesn't seem to do anything. Pair it with Miracle Gro peat free compost for a spectacular waste of effort.

the fact that it cam cause allergic reaction and dangerous to pets and fish, rings alarm bells!

Not really, since this is a fertilizer.

Good price if you want/need it.

Can this be added to already potted plants and flowers or is it better to use liquid foods?
