Mitre Hyperseam and Hyperfoam footballs are the best you can buy.
They last for years and are lovely to kick and control.
Have had a few of the higher end models the Delta Plus and the Delta Max which are Fifa Pro standard.
This seems to be Fifa Basic though so not as good.

Looks a good deal for this Match-rated ball.

The title of the Amazon item says it's a training-rated ball. On the Mitre website the match rated ball is £30 and the training version is £15. I think they are making a misleading "error" on the Amazon listing so people think they are getting a bargain and higher quality when they aren't.

Not to be confused with the ultimax match ball, your not getting a match ball for £13. mitre.com/foo…c69 (edited)

What shape if material is around the Mitre logo?

If it is a triangle it is a match ball.

People getting confused with the name MATCH so I'll clarify......... the NAME of this ball is MATCH but it's NOT a match ball. A match ball would be the same quality as used in professional matches. This one is of a lower quality so is not a 'match ball' but is called MATCH, hence the confusion. Basically, the quality of this ball is half way between basic training balls and professional standard match balls.

For £13, it's a good deal and well worth it. (edited)

That's what I thought at first, but you're wrong. It is a match ball that usually sells for £30 on Mitre's website. It's a match ball for junior sides and adult sides who don't have high budgets. The match balls that PL clubs use retail about £120. There's also match balls that retail for about £60.

I previously wrote about buying a couple of £5 Sondico's. Just kicking about one of them by myself in a hard court I killed it within a week. I might actually try battering one of my Mitre's in that court to see how long it holds out. Mitre does do all surface training balls so I might be buying one of those to see how it is playing with that.
