Our Kefir is made in a traditional way using live bacteria to ferment the product. This fermentation gives the product characteristics of sourness and fizziness, this is how it has been enjoyed over many hundreds of years.

Due to the fermentation process some pressure may build up inside the packaging.

    Kefir is very good for your stomach, unlike majority of yoghurts. But this one is not good. Better buy Milko (also Polish), costs more (1.75) but much better quality. Sold in Sainsburys and Asda.

    Great source of good gut bacteria.

    I've used similar products for years, but I'm not convinced that they actually improve gut bacteria, it just seems to be an assumption that they have an effect, an assumption mainly based on advertising. (edited)

    Had this and muller kefir, the muller ones more authentic as it fizzes the same way real kefir does.

    This one never fizzes ever!

    Very healthy and good for your gut and stomach. Replace those fancy youghurts full of sugar with this stuff and you'll see the difference soon.
