Another annoying site where they display items which are out of stock, so you have to manually check every item. 🤦

Nothing is more annoying than when you actually bought the item (ordered and paid for), then the very next day they emailed to say the item was out of stock. How the F the item was available to be ordered and paid for in the first place if it was out of stock initially? That is just the classic of M&S! (edited)

Still brings back the bad memory when I ordered 3 sale items and they decided to send me 2. When I reported the issue to them, they couldn't send me the missing one as the item was out of stock. How difficult was it to count 3 items before the order was despatched? They all sounded they couldn't be bothered, including the director's office. Awful customer service!

I can't get use to M&S selling brand stuff, just annoying when you have to filter it all out.

Next is the worst, its like an online tk maxx

Next has the worst website in UK retail. It's UI is like something from 25 years ago.
It doesn't inform you an item is oos until you're at checkout and you can't open anything in a new tab. It's filtering is awful.

Whoever was paid for developing it needs to be sacked.

No wonder there's a sale on. What an assortment of rubbish, most of it should have gone to the same place as the £225 million pounds of sub standard PPE that's just been cremated.

Large came up with 83 items and nothing appealling. Just sell-off of not so popular summer wear.
