These are scanning at 31p at the new M & S at White Rose, Leeds, so could be national. The packets I bought had BBD of 10/23.

These were definitely on offer at stores such as Edgware Road, where I got a few, and empty shelves at Tottenham Court Road, Ilford, Ealing, Westfield Shepherds Bush. BUT at other stores such as Finsbury Pavement and Bishopsgate, they go through the till at full price........................
