£180 for a flat screen IPS with 1ms response time and refresh of 170Hz is a great price!

Ordered 1 thanks OP! Was going to go for the Dell 2724D but since this is cheaper by a chunk, I'm excited to see what it's like. Wish it had USB C but I randomly saw there was a version out there with it...?

Edit: Geez it's coming in 3h. Talk about 24h delivery 😦 (edited)

I mean of course, 2 weeks after i buy the 27in Ultragear 1440p for £240. Lol

But i admit i have bern blown away by the LG UG........but a 1440p MSI was the monitor i was looking for to replace a msi 1080p one....so this is a great deal, 1440p is just the sweet spot for everything.....and do not think twice if you are sitting with a series S on a 1080p monitor and have been thinking of a upgrade, as 1440p makes series s games look sharp as a pin, well worth the upgrade for the improved visual clarity.

Looking at the LG ultragear myself but wondering if this will be just as good. How’s the IPS glow on the LG? Some people seem to have issue with brightness as well (although others say they have to turn down the brightness )

I'm seeing conflicting comments online about whether monitors with 2.0 HDMI inputs can output 1440p @ 120hz for the Xbox Series X. Does anyone know if this monitor is compatible?.
    Mark_Hickman's avatar
Yes hdmi 2.0 has a high enough data rate for 2k 120hz but not 4k, however ive seen information online in the past with people having issues for some reason but technically it can handle it (edited)

Would this be ideal for ps5 gaming?

I've seen a few reviews on amazon praising the quality on ps5 definitely a steal.
