Not heard of this company - are they reputable?

Yeah, I recently ordered the Tado smart thermostatic valve deal that was on here from City Plumbing - delivery took longer than stated (was supposed to be next day but actually took about 5!) but no other complaints. They have many brick and mortar stores in my area (East Anglia) so not one of those dodgy on-line only shops. I've ordered this too - thanks OP

Bought this last week from Toolstation for £179 but there was a bit of a mix up and I ended up getting both for £129.

Works well and intergrates seamlessly where my old ezviz did not.

Love the instant messages you can send too and the AI is very clever , for instance tells me the person's name if it can face ID them or will say ' Person with package'

Is there a new version coming out soon?

Already announced and it replaces the current Nest Hello doorbell. It needs a permanent power feed and is capable of doing 24/7 recording (with a subscription). It's a different option to the one in the post but you pick whichever suits your situation

There are a lot of comments on TrustPilot from people not receiving their orders or any sort of confirmation - bit wary about this retailer. Anyone purchased and received this bundle?

I ordered and never received. They are currently out of stock, with no clear date on resupply. I have cancelled and bought from John Lewis for 20 quid more.

    Not worth the hassle
