Not my pair of shoes (or cup of tea or... you know what I mean) but these are really good quality boots in a very very good price!

Details

Serving up plenty of textures here, is the reimagined New Balance Rainier. Adding to the roster of new colourways we've seen of late for this silhouette, pale tan overlays and a blue base are blocked throughout the uppers for a quintessential, hiking boot guise. Fluffy suede overlays sit atop a synthetic base, with leather at the collar completing the trio of materials utilised. D-ring lacing ensures an extra secure feel, teaming with super grippy Vibram outsoles for an extra functional fit. 'NB' branding provides the sign off, signalling history at the sidewalls. | URAINAA

Suede rainier boots? You'd better buy a bottle of proofer otherwise it dies quick after getting wet.

Price wise is great, you ain't get anything cheaper and better.

Other style as I just checked, thanks OP.

    Are these good for hiking?

I am not a hiker but I assume these will be good enough for a light hikes but most likely not too good for K2 or Mont Blanc

Damn, just bought the low cut version for £70 the other day. I suppose the low cut is a bit more versatile though.
