been in Trafford centre saw in the shop, can't find it online.

both it as described, got now tv with 3 month entertainment pass, plus 3x3 months gift cards for entertainment, and on top 6x2 months gift cards for movies pass.
we still can use 14 days trials on now tv as new users and it up to us to use passes one by one so spread it to 2 years or use entertainment and movies together.

p.s. my first post, so sorry if I did something wrong or miss something

Bargain!
This might be a managers in store promotional item, as I can't see this on the currys website
That's pretty damn good. Bargain if youre looking to cut the chord from sky and go with this option.
Wowser bite my arm off.
Ignore that heat added.

Not knocking it but couldn't you just get Sky for the year at this price … Not knocking it but couldn't you just get Sky for the year at this price with the + box and a lot more channels?

Can you get sky movies/entertainment for £55 a year? That's under a fiver a month!

Edit: changed your mind now!

Brilliant ,what a bargain
Nice!
would the passes be applied to your account rather than just the box, so you cann watch it on other platforms?

It's to the account which I believe can then be used in 4 devices at once.
Can anyone confirm if this is nationwide? Thx

4 devices on one account, but with a max 2 devices able to access the Sky content at the same time.
I've been considering NOWTV for a while.

What would I miss out on if I were to ditch SKY for this? I know I won't get HD but my main concern is how quickly NOWTV get the new shows, is each episode available pretty much as soon as they have aired on SKY or do you have to wait until the season ends?

EDIT

Also, would I have access to previous seasons or only the most current?

You can watch it in real time, you don't get as many channels but you get the same content on the ones you do. All box sets etc are still available. The only thing is you can pause/record.

You get access to fewer channels than the full entertainment pack, but you can watch live or get the same catch up and box set selection as you would on sky, reduced channel selection provided for.
All the main stuff is there imo.
I didn't think you could use movies and entertainment passes at the same time.
I've just cancelled sky and moved fully to NowTV can get entertainment and movies for about £11 a month (go through options online to leave and they offer for cheaper per month).

Shows are either live or when you want.

Works for me as the only channels we watch are the ones offered on the entertainment package and I rarely watch live TV anyway.

Now saving myself £32 per month, probably more through offers like this for NowTV.

You can have access to all 3 options concurrently should you wish.

I certainly have in the past with no problems.
No 'Masterchef Australia' on NowTV (WATCH isn't on the channel list!!). This is my only gripe . . .
Real Bargain. You get 4 Entertainment 3-month + 6 Movies 2-month passes. So it averages £5.5/pass, that is the cheapest ever.

This would be great if I wasn't already sideloading plex!
Looks like I would miss out on Universal and Alibi, that might be an issue.
excellent deal. going to head to Trafford centre tomorrow now and see if I can pick one up
Is the menu system as good as sky?
Im sure I read somewhere. that the now tv boxes. Have wifi could someone. Help please.? Thank you in advance
I thought the vouchers expired after a particular duration (6 months?) so how can they carry on for up to a year, or have Sky changed the conditions?

White (original) boxes are wifi only (I say original, because there were some themed cases colours and decorations). Black boxes have both wifi and wired ethernet.

same problem for me too, but if you could live with 2 boxes under your TV maybe keep your existing setup and then sideload this TVplayer app on the second box that you would then have from this deal
To mark_ed thank you very much. I bought the black box last week but I didn't. Have a cable. So iv ordered. one

I have TV player on a couple of my Now TV boxes. I'm currently using the new Now TV box on trial which has freeview built in. It works really well and upgrades my TV so I can get the HD varients of the freeview channels. Hot deal, it's a similar price to what I pay per year for both entertainment and movies after I've sold my stock of Now TV boxes I've collected from Amazon deals.

Thanks, up and running on my white Now TV box and running great. A little slow when changing menus but this is because the white box is a lot slower than the black one.

I have Sky downstairs, but am so glad I can now watch Dave upstairs on my spare telly. Have an aerial but it can only receive very few Freeview channels.

The FilmOn logo in the top right is a little large for my liking, but I'm sure I'll get used to it.

Remember audiophiles. Now TV is only stereo sound. No 5.1 or Dolby Digital. Still a good deal.
Great price. Remember to go via Morrison's for the £50/5p a litre off fuel.

Can you give us any info what other new features are on the new box? Thks
And NowTV doesn't have subtitle facilities. Or at least it didn't when I had it... so moved to Amazon Prime and Kodi
Voted hot, I currently have Sky at a reduced price, but when price is due to go up in August I will be cancelling my subs a month before.
I have 2 now tv boxes in my house and a couple of unused 3 month passes, so I will be starting to use them again.
I might look to buy one of these as my boxes are the old white ones and I heard that the black versions are supposed to be better.

At the moment it has the same ui as the black box, but with an extra section for freeview which is via an aerial. The only other thing I've noticed is an SD slot and that the unit is bigger than I expected.
