Damn, 10kg each? Ok for a 10 year old girl I guess!

You know those things at the end? Think they're called spinlocks and you can take them off to add weight! Unbelievable technology!

I got these a few years ago. Very sturdy materials, but they get loose so quickly, just with normal movements. I have to tighten them after each set.

I have them too. I learnt a trick (from YouTube I think) if you spin the plate nearest the screw in the opposite direction when you’re tightening it holds for much longer!

These are great quality, I've also bought the additional 5KG discs.

Really pleased, not had the issue of them getting loose that others have mentioned.

That's a decent set for the price. An ideal set for High Intensity Interval Training and similar workout routines.

Just bought to top up the previous set, pretty good for the money, helped me gain muscle back after a serious accident.

They feel really well made and look beautiful in person.

I got them because I got sick of trying to look at the second hand market and seeing mostly sand filled vinyl plates and dumbbells.
