Great timing for parents to take their kids out of school so they can fall even further behind

I would never use TUI again after my experience this summer. My flight home was delayed by 28 hours so I bought an alternative flight with another airline. I am currently trying to do a credit card charge back as TUI are refusing to refund the delayed flight. (edited)

You shouldn't be trying to do a charge back. You should have gotten TUI to make arrangements for your return, if you buy a new flight out of your own pocket you're at the mercy of whether the company (TUI) will reimburse you for that which they most likely won't so travel insurance is where you go.

What is with the British obsession of going to Florida? One of the worst states you can visit in the US, there's much better places to go...

May and September are always usually very cheap. September is also a good time to catch a hurricane
