Just a word of caution: the sun is rarely pointing straight down. If you have a south facing garden the sun will usually be casting a shadow at an angle onto the ground and walls. The transparent curtains on this will let that UV heat energy though so it may be ok as a tent but may be a bit pointless as a shade. Also if the UV heat energy is casting through the transparent curtains onto the ground inside, it can easily turn into a mini oven. This is especially important to consider if you have a small garden without much room to move around. Just have a look at the direction of the sun rays and shadows in your garden and determin if you need solid side curtains before buying. (edited)

But is it actually good and worth at this price?

Also easy to fix and install on grass or does it have concrete? (edited)

You’ll need to mount it to concrete

Does these things need mounting? Can they be weighted down?

Wanted to get a cheap one and have it last a few seasons by taking it in for winter.. (edited)

If putting on a hard (concrete/wood surface) you'll have to weigh it down somehow.

Is the frame just the same as the cheap green ones? As it looks very similar.

You can get the gazebos that they use for markets for this price. I imagine they are sturdy given their commercial uses though they don't look asking nice as well this
