Having a look at the usual Parkside too offers and saw this set will be available from 8/5/22. Looks decent enough and a set for £7 can't be sniffed at.

Yeah I'm a Lidl tool fan buy alot of parkside stuff but these are as the original comment said. Chinesium and not very good they are very very bad metal as if it's been cast but no real weight

I agree one of the rare occasions I've been disappointed with a Lidl tool. We're not very good

Money is good, but these tools are waste of material. Better buy IRWIN on sale if really needed.

Suggestions for next price bracket and improved quality set ?
My grips are well worn and need replacing. A set like this would be helpful

Just to balance the conversation, these are fine for what I'm currently using them for... but I'm not sure that they were originally designed/intended to be used to clamp bags of ground coffee shut for freshness

Looks like they are from the brief case of that man Jack Bauer calls in when you won't tell him where the bomb is.

Thanks OP. Good price. Trouble with Lidl is you cannot order it on line, cannot reserve one, cannot click and collect.
If you have a Lidl near you maybe it is ok to travel, then discover they are still in the warehouse, or sold out, because only a couple were ever delivered to the store !

I bought these in Northern Ireland last week for £5.99 and they are only like 2/3 the size of what I thought i was gonna get. Dont do it folks, you will regret it (edited)
