Thanks ! A ten pound gift card from TGC for Asda for me!?

for people who don’t spend often at Asda or other TGC retailers. How do people manage there vouchers? I tend to just search through my gmails and select it through searching “Asda”! So I may miss some sometimes! How do other people manage their gift cards!? Thanks in advance.

I print the page to pdf and name the file as "Retailer Value ddMMMyy" where the last part is expiry date. For example, Sainsburys £10 28Apr25. These are stored in a gift card folder on the cloud so that others at home can use.

Every online purchase @ ASDA, using an ASDA giftcard bought via TCB has resulted in ASDA declining cashback @ TCB. So only receive cashback on the value of the giftcard, not the value of the eventual ASDA order.

Lol deactivated my tcb account because I had about 7-8 declined for legit purchases after months of waiting. Some of the reasons were really stupid so waste of time

It's very disappointing to hear that. The reasons we pass back through a claim are the reasons we're told the commission has been refused to us.

I understand the ones associated with voucher code usage and cancelled orders are far more relatable than when the commission you were expecting to be paid to us, has gone to another source. In those cases we're always willing help to explain that and most importantly how to prevent it happening again.

With cashback being commission, the retailers will want to atleast allow until the returns window has passed before deeming us eligible for the money we pass back to you as cashback.
