Personally I always use bicarb, especially if it’s on a carpet or bed, as it neutralises odour and can then be vacuumed up. Works out significantly cheaper too!! Appreciate you can’t use that in a workplace necessarily though.

    Product Description

Hypaclean absorbent powders are essential for the effective cleaning of body fluid spills, whether its blood, vomit or urine. The powder is highly absorbent; 10g of powder absorbs 1 litre of liquid, making it ideal for fast emergency clean-up. The powder is easy to apply, requires no previous preparation and instantly forms into a gel when sprinkled over fluid, ideal for easy and quick removal. Hypaclean absorbent powders contain a disinfectant agent that prevents any cross contaminations and is sanitising.

Never seen this stuff before. I assume it's the same stuff as in disposable nappies. Interesting how they don't tell you what's in it!

Absorbant powder with disinfectant agent (is it Orange or X)

I remember the caretaker of my junior school in the 70's used to use sawdust when a kid spewed up in assembly (edited)
