Product description
The HypaPlast Blue Catering Plasters are brightly-coloured washproof plasters designed for use in food-handling environments. They are supplied in a pack of 100 plasters of assorted sizes (7.2cm x 5cm, 3.8cm x 3.8cm, 7.2cm x 2.5cm, 6.4cm x 1.8cm, 3.8cm x 1.8cm). HypaPlast Blue Plasters are specially designed for use in the food industry. When preparing, manufacturing or handling food, all efforts must be taken to prevent contamination. If a plaster contaminated food items, this would pose a serious health risk to consumers. These plaster's blue colouring allows them to be easily spotted if they fall into food, aiding in compliance with hygiene laws. They are also washproof, meaning they are suitable for workers who wash their hands regularly. Note that they will not withstand prolonged complete immersion in water.

You don't always need a plaster that sticks to you like superglue, sometimes it's enough to have something that sticks for a while, just enough to cover your wound until it stops bleeding. Also some people prefer to change their plasters on a regular basis.

I have a pack of these for small or light cuts, scrapes, bleeds and then some Elastoplast & some fabric plasters for more deep/serious cuts and bleeds. (The type that are a pain to remove as they pull your skin as you remove them and leave a residue behind which takes at least 10 mins to wash off)

Personally I think it's good to have a range of plasters but everyone has their own preference, if these are not suitable for you then it's fine but they maybe ok for others.
