How does the cashback claim work? Do I need to purchase it from the official Samsung website first?

No, can be purchased from any participating store and ee is one of them. Once you receive the earphones go onto link in description and follow steps on Samsung's website. All you have to do is put on a sereal
number from earphones and provide a invoice from place you brought from.

Are these an upgrade to the excellent Buds 2? I bought the Liberty 3 Pro and wasn't overly impressed. They sounded decent but found them to be slightly bass heavy so gonna sell em. I prefer the more balanced sound profile of the Buds 2 and the dynamic setting sounds amazing when listening to music.

I had the Buds+ before these. They do feel like an upgrade for sure, the ANC is brilliant. (edited)

    Thanks for posting
Picked up a pair in store. Even Staff didn't realise how much cheaper these were selling compared to other places.

Had these, not bad. Tried the Momentum 3 TW, much better sound quality for my ears. Sold the buds2 pro, kept the m3 tw.

I don't get the EE website. It asks me to login even tho I just created an account and logged in already and there's no way to pay for the item.

Welcome to the website @Yanky great deal!

I'm tempted but I'm not sure how much of an upgrade the Buds2 Pro are over the regular Buds2?

I have the Buds2 and Buds Pro but the Pros are sitting unused because the fit of the 2 are superior (and therefore sound!)

    Looks a canny deal

Just bought these for £190 . They're great. The active noise cancelling is brilliant but it does impact the battery life slightly. They're loud, barely need to go over 70%.

Good deal but if your looking for active noise cancelling the Sony WF-1000XM4 are leagues ahead.

I've tried both and went with the sony's which are currently cheaper atm on amazon.

Whilst the Sony XM4 may be ‘leagues ahead’ for ANC ( which is a matter of debate? ) they are still £159 and the Sony Buds 2 Pro are £115 after cash back and £44 is £44 after all.

Still using the buds + which are great.....anyone tried these compared to the buds +?

Yes. These are a big upgrade to buds+ got ANC which don't think buds+ have, also better sound and fit into ear, better battery life.
All in all its a big upgrade from them

Has anyone actually worked out how to buy these on the EE store? Even when you've created an account you can't add them to basket.

How do these compare to the Airpods Pro (1st gen)?

I dropped mine, and now they seem to crackle in one side

Have the buds live, anybody used both and have opinion if much of an upgrade? Tia.

Yes i think its quit a big upgrade its better shape for better fit in ear ad got active noise canceling which live dosent have
  19. BargainHunta96's avatar
To be honest I prefer the fit of the Buds 2. They're smaller and feel a lot more comfortable in the ear so I'm a bit disappointed in the Buds 2 Pro.

Awful headphones, after a while the sound reduces in one ear, has happened on no less than 6 pairs! I used running they are supposed to be fine for that, I don't believe they really are ipx
