sorted by- Probably not. For £5.50 extra, you can get a longer 60w-100w cable, better quality 3rd party. Just make sure you buy a decent brand, don't go with £1 rubbish. (edited)
- "official"
*Edit: Purchasing from Amazon themselves is no guarantee that you're receiving a genuine product. There are many reviews that state they've received what is obviously a fake. Personally, I would *never* buy a charger that isn't from the company themselves, third party or otherwise. (edited)Unfortunately, the reviews are for the product itself, not necessarily about the seller. Amazon has a few sellers on its product page. Sometimes, the seller is not amazon. And maybe this is when people get fakes. I trust Amazon, I can't see them selling fake products, but yes, giving access to 3rd party companies is a risk, and it can affect their reputation. People will mostly say they purchased from Amazon, not from a specific seller, and in some cases, they may not even know it was from a 3rd party. - Will this fast charge Google pixel 6?Max charge for Pixel 6 is 30w.This product is 25w,it will work but not as fast as a 30w product.
- Can i use it to charge apple phone?Yes
- Bad bad charger. Bought from Samsung and it won’t charge after few monthsMine went dead in a year I think.
- I have one of these 25W Samsung chargers direct from Samsung and don’t seem to work at all with Apple usb-c to lightning cables (third party mfi certified) on a iPhone 12 mini (iOS 16) even though the iPhone only needs 20W for fast charging. But by not working, I mean nothing at all, when cable is inserted, no reaction/detection from the phone.
However tried the samsung charger and same USB-C Lightning cable on a iPad Mini 4 (iOS 15) and it starts charging.
Use the same cable again but with a 30W Ugreen GaN charger and the iPhone 12 reacts and starts charging.
Must be something something not quite compliant in the Samsung with Apple's Power Delivery 3.0 criteria that UGreen has got but not the Samsung. (edited)Apple generally want you to buy apple peripherals, so have a habit of screwing up compatibility - Cheers i needed a new one after a certain someone decided to not check my pockets an wash my old one
- Heat... absolute bargain... charges my Samsung so quickly and reliable
- Bought x3. Thanks!
- Cheers, bought
- Thanks ordered
- Cheap, voted hot. Got 2 of these, all good.
- 25w - "super fast charging".I mean it is from 2019. So 25W was probably considered super fast back then.. By Samsung anyway. I think Oppo had their VOOC or SuperVOOC chargers doing far more back then.
Branding to convince the consumers I guess. Like bragging when a device has Super Speed USB 3.2 Gen1x1... Which is just the same old USB 3.0 we've had since like 2008. - Very good price
- Any links for cheap cables aswellAnker ones are decent
- These used to be free with a new phone. I've got a few of them. I expect they've stopped giving them away. Even with a phone costing over a grandThey stopped this a few years ago
- 45W Official Samsung charger is also on sale for £22, but reading up on the differences it's only 10 minutes quicker, does anyone have any more information, did Samsung remedy this issue with the 45W with a software update or are 45W chargers not worth it as the difference isn't much between this 25W chargerYour phone may not support 45w anyway, so don't pay extra for specs you don't need. The 45w charges faster than the 25w at the beginning, so if you're in a rush, you'll get more charge quicker. But for 100% charge, the difference is not massive. The advantage of 45w is you can use it with some laptops too. It will not charge the laptops at their usual speed. It will be slower, but still good. It probably works better when the laptop is off while charging.
- Bought a couple, thanks for the post!
- Orded thx
- Thanks , was going to get this but got the official 45 watt charger for £18.85
(edited)Can you share the link, please? It shows £22.50
