    The flip 5 is better than previous models but over all still not reliable. I would not recommend. I work in phone retail and we get sooooo many issues with these.

    Go pixel 8. It's flip screen that's been refurbished. I really want to get a flip but after a friend's issues with them I'll wait a bit longer

    Had mine since a week before launch. Still looks brand new. I guess it depends how heavy handed you are with your phone and how much you use it. For me, uts the best phone I've ever had. Prefer it to my Fold 4 by a long way..

    Thanks MrSwitch! My partner's been on the lookout for a deal on the Z Flip 5. She's currently got a Sony Xperia 1 IV but doesn't get along with the camera system, like she'll try to take a macro shot by getting an object close and then zoom in which switches to a rear camera with a longer minimum focal length so the photo's blurry. My Samsung Z Fold 3 keeps to the main camera and digital zooms up to about 9x in the same scenario so hopefully the Flip behaves the same. Should fit better in tiny women pockets too.

    I'm not sure what to do with the Sony, maybe keep it as a dedicated camera? Connect it to a PC as a webcam somehow?

    Grabbed one in `Good Condition ' not a mark on it , looks brand new

    Ordered two in "good" condition.
    One arrived very scratched up on the hinge, back screen and edges, the other one has one tiny scratch near the charging port and otherwise looks brand new. Luck of the draw with this one.
