Theres also a tonne of teviews advising trade in uplifts haven't been honoured. So it looks like you are rolling the dice in that respect too (edited)

I ordered a sim-only Vodafone deal though the Carphonewarehouse on the 18th of march and tried to cancel it on the 29th...Still trying to cancel it, rang Voda first was told they couldn't cancel it because it was bought through CPW so she put me through to them was told it would be 5days nothing.
Rang again said more or less the same 5days.
Rang again the 4th of April told there was problem with there system but will be cancelled with-in 7 days and i did at least get a confirmation email but still waiting.
Its been a nightmare and i will never buy anything from CPW again if this is the way they treat there customers.

Everytime I upgrade I get the yes new phone. Then a few days later I'm like awww it's still the same. Everyphone has games apps that run the same. Apart from camera it's a waste of money. They depreciation in valurs incredible (edited)

We got very good deals for s23 ultra last year. Not sure why Samsung is not reducing the prices. They must not be selling much.
