I used to have a love for Samsung. After recent experiences, om their phones, monitors and tvs, I couldn't reccomend them.

It took 3 months to get a monitor main board fixed that was purchased from Samsung direct.

Anyways curry's also have it at this price. Oh and the value of Samsung monitors drops quite quick.

Couldn't agree more. I used to like all things Samsung, but after using other lesser known brands such as Xiaomi, Oppo, I realised you get much more better quality and feature-packed products in those brands and actually Samsung is way over priced for far inferior products. (edited)

Might be obvious for most but worth reminding this is flat. Not curved. Ultra wides should be all curved really. If you're siting right in front of them at least

Agreed - I use it as an office monitor and Its just too big. Have worked on curved ones and they are better.
I also have a 32 inch qhd and I think that is the perfect size for me

I bought this monitor for the same price just over 3 years ago (which is approximately £8m in today’s money).

It’s aggressively adequate - it does the job, not much more, with a few annoyances. You get what you pay for, which is the cheapest 1440p UWQHD monitor on the market by some way.

Biggest annoyances is the stand being the cheapest possible unadjustable plasticky wobbly crap (it does have VESA mounting holes, though) and the interface being dreadful and clunky.

It was also bigger than I was expecting, so make sure you know what you’re getting into.

49906865-WDv3I.jpgI'd recommend you wait for this to drop to £360ish again and spend the extra. Also you get cashback with samsung pay and using their free curve card. Mine worked out £330 roughly.
Fyi I have both these, the flat at work and the curved at home, its a massive difference in quality.

Are you still getting the cashback with Samsung pay+? I havent had any notification on my purchase but I may have done it wrong.

I don't see it mentioned anymore in the Curve app. I recently made a purchase directly from Samsung and just entered the curve Samsung Pay+ details into the credit card fields.....is that how you do it? The Samsung pay option just goes around in circles for me.

A near enough identical experience. Using mine now. Done the job for over 2.5 years.

If you're after plenty of screen acreage and not photo-editing for a living, or grading video, or into esports, then it will deliver. The pic-in-pic is a nice touch, for keeping an eye on the cricket (edited)
