The majority of Amazon reviews indicate this cable twists and kinks within a few months of use. Many of these eventually fully failed. This would make me rather nervous about its ability to safely transmit 48V/5A without letting out some magic smoke.

The positive review count seems to mostly come from 2021 when a very large number of positive reviews came in, I suspect from paid reviews or free products being sent out. In May 2021 there's a flood of well written reviews with images and again in September with flagged "free product" reviews. All positive, who'dve guessed! (edited)

    It's only 5A, don't need much for 5A.

I don't bother to post mine as a deal, same brand but probably even sturdier and thicker, bought it last month, if anyone wanted an alternative: amazon.co.uk/gp/aw/d/B0BRS1BSX5?psc=1&ref=ppx_pop_mob_b_asin_title
Adding: I paid mine £12.74 and now is even cheaper. I'll use it for my Lenovo Legion slim 7i gen8 with a 100w power bank for non-gaming tasks. (edited)
