    Bought this a couple months ago. It hasn't done a thing to protect my Vejas. They're very dirty and marked and I've only worn them 4 times. Wouldn't recommend to be honest.

    These sprays don’t really stop dirt or marks, it’s primarily water-based issues that they prevent - as it says on the can ‘rain and stain’.

    They’re hydrophobic, so they repel fluid. This will protect shoes from water damage, dirty water from puddles, spillages, etc, but not abrasions or dirt. It can make them a bit easier to clean though.

    The reason for this confusion is due to mis-selling from certain sports shops (one of which I had the misfortune to manage, and the pressure to sell this stuff is ridiculous) and from YouTubers who imply these things have magical powers to get views. (edited)

    Lasts up to 4 weeks, is that fairly standard as it doesn't seem very long to me? Or is it directly because it's for suede?

    Add some super glue to it, and it will last forever.................... on your feet that is.

    Cool! Given punt. I’ve only used the nikwax spray before, but same thing makes water repellent. I’m guessing this ones similar and only lasts few weeks at best.
