Bagging a patch of sand is hassle-free at this place. It boasts a private beach, complete with squashy sunbeds and thatched parasols. The AQI Venus Beach also has its own waterpark, packed with slides, chutes and flumes. Little ones get their own mini version, built with a rainbow-hued castle. There are another two pools, as well. Restaurant-wise, you’ve got a pair to choose from – a buffet number and an à la carte that opens for dinner. A lobby bar, bingo and a nightly cabaret show take care of your evenings.

Pools
There’s a splashing spot for everyone here. The main pool’s really roomy, and comes lined with sunloungers and palm trees. Another comes with a separate kids’ section and pretty fountains. A nearby snack bar rolls out drinks and quick eats. The waterpark's packed out with slides – including racing lanes, corkscrews and a plughole. Tinies have a splash park all to themselves, as well – it’s got a turreted castle in the middle, with baby slides and mushroom sprays.


Food & Drink
The Olive Trees restaurant dishes up a buffet when it’s time to eat. Show-cooking stations add extra pizazz, and you can chow down al fresco on the terrace if you fancy it.


Entertainment
Cabaret shows and themed nights are on the evening timetable. Or you can try your luck at bingo. Kids can learn all the routines at the mini-disco. Two watering holes are at the ready for after-dark shenanigans. One’s in the lobby, and you’ll find another in the hotel's disco which keeps the party going until the wee hours.


Sports & Activities
There’s a really cool mix of things to do – like archery and beach volleyball. Younglings can go to the kids’ club, which puts on face-painting and team games.
