    The listing says it's a powder, but also says the item volume is 200 millilitres, and item weight is 20g.

    It's not unusual for Amazon to be confused.

    I have some of this brand in a different flavour + also the new versions of Nescafe Gold sachets that both fight me not to dissolve...

    Pour the hot water slowly from a kettle height of at least 6" to force the powder to mix better. Then, wait a minute to allow any stubborn lumps to breakdown, before final stirring (edited)
