We partnered with AMD to create Steam Deck's custom APU, optimized for handheld gaming. It is a Zen 2 + RDNA 2 powerhouse, delivering more than enough performance to run the latest AAA games in a very efficient power envelope.

Once you've logged into Steam Deck, your entire Steam Library shows up, just like any other PC. You'll also see the compatibility rating of each game, indicating the kind of experience you can expect when playing. You can dynamically filter any view in your library by compatibility rating if you're looking for specific sorts of experiences.

The Steam Deck was built for extended play sessions—whether you're using thumbsticks or trackpads—with full-size controls positioned perfectly within your reach. The rear of the device is sculpted to comfortably fit a wide range of hand sizes.

Really expensive this for what is now the recognised budget option. ROG Ally and Lenovo Go deals posted on here are both superior offerings and better value.

I would wholeheartedly disagree. In terms of overall specs and power - yes the ROG and Go are better. In terms of software ecosystem, system updates, user experience, community, commitment to verifying games both new and old and Steam as a company themselves - The Deck wins.

It's not about which system is better than another - they all have advantages and disadvantages. I've a Deck and would love a ROG but I'm sitting tight until the Deck 2 or other big handheld announcement comes.

Not a great discount this time round considering the base 64GB model could be had for £280 from the same seller on a number of occasions previously.
Worth pointing out both ROG and Lenovo current deals being for used, lower graded stock.
But have to agree value wise this deal looks poor in comparison.

Love the way “these” companies were overcharging for these before the OLED model.
