Quickly becoming a clothing item worn by gangs on street corners as opposed to presenters on Countryfile reporting from a snowy mountain somewhere.

If you find a fault remember warranty.. Daughters £160 coat pocket started to rip 18 months in, refunded in full and they paid the postage to collect item as well

Yeah, I did, they wanted £80 for a tent floor, the fabric failed after a hot day and went tacky..

Do not order from North face online - had a terrible experience on returns and they ‘lost’ my returns, the fraud department at north face got in touch and said they wouldn’t be refunding me £600 🙃 also look on trust pilot…happens to everyone 1.4 stars

    That's awful.

Although I'd question the "happens to everyone" because it didn't happen to me.

Thanks for posting OP. Some mixed reviews on the quality of TNF recently - however the items come with a 2 year warranty so it’s kind of worry free for me. Picked up a couple of staple fleeces for £75 - the brand has served me well in the past.

Anyone had their delivery yet? I ordered on Monday and my delivery isn’t until the 2nd August? Seems like a crazy long delay
    dave_yes's avatar
I made a few orders. Some stuff arrived immediately; I waited almost a fortnight for others. Very sporadic, and it comes in lots of parcels not a single delivery.
