came to say the same thing, great if you exercise at home but , even with a mat, you still find kneeling sore.

I use this for kneeling on the bathroom floor while bathing my baby / now toddler - surprisingly helpful in this regard.

This came with an ergonomic handle when kneeling for heavy duty trowelling. Also, the foam is quite flexible to be in all types of positions. Great purchase.;)
