    Same day

The couple times I have used this, I simply go to the ticket booth 15-20mins before my intended travel time and they exchange the printed vouchers for tickets. (edited)

We usually take 10am boat to Greenwich from Westminster. Spend few hours there and get boat back and find most of the day is gone once we make the hour journey home.
I can't imagine making more than 2-4 single journeys unless they are really short ones. Greenwich is nice.

How does it work, do you have to book for a specific date?

after getting the voucher how do we select a date to go? anybody?

There is a section on the website on top saying "have you got a voucher". In there you need to enter the serial number of the voucher and then an other 6 number pin. It will allow you on that page to choose the day. But then it states you don't need to book it but only go to the ticket office and show the voucher so I'm a bit confused myself too. I guess I still have to choose the day I want and then I will receive a specific voucher for that day which is the one I have to show ? Something like that. Whoever used it already feel welcome to help us

I have similar question. Kids below 5 are free to board but above 5 need to purchase tickets. Any offers for kids tickets or the best is to purchase on site?
