About this deal

Pre-order, releases June 3rd. £40 from Amazon.

In this furiously fast-paced action-comedy, Charlie Croker (Oscar® winner* Michael Caine) is out of jail and on the make with an ingenious plan for the heist of the century. Aided and abetted by top criminal mastermind Mr. Bridger (Noël Coward), Charlie sets off with an ace team and three very special cars to lift a major stash from under the noses of the Turin Polizei. Featuring one of the most incredible car chase sequences in movie history, and a true cliffhanger of a finale, THE ITALIAN JOB is an essential classic caper.

This 55th Anniversary Collector's Edition includes the following:

• Rigid slipcase

• Capacity wallet

• Double sided original Theatrical art poster

• Six 1960’s style, square art cards

• 'Italian gold bar' on rigid card with embossment

• Reproduction of Production Notes from 1969

• Collectible sticker sheet

To many old films I would probably never watch again getting 4k treatment that i will end up buying and watch once and it just sit on shelf. For £35 no👎 £10ish yes (edited)

    I'll pass, and I'm a massive 4K collector, it's not even a steelbook edition 🤦🏻‍♂️

Same here. I won't be ripped off.
I got kino Lorber 4k Italian job for £17 on amazon.. Make a wish list and wait for a price drop on imports. There has been a move towards these box sets 4k releases. They only exist to maximise profits. No other reason
Is it any wonder 4k bluray sales in the UK are so low! (edited)

    Don't say it.

How long before someone says it? 10 minutes?

I don't like this trend of releasing films with extra gubbins to justify a higher price. Collectible stickers... Really?

Yeah it’s nonsense. Presumably this is a waste of time in 4K too
