Found in FarmFoods in Clacton - And also in Ipswich on Bramford Road. I've seen this brand around, but never at this price.

Not real then - pure, raw and natural honey will crystallise.

some manufacturers have been passing sugar syrup of as honey

    especially chinese companies (edited)

It’s not quite that, although it could be that as well

situation is when it says a blend of non-EU honeys

they import the honey and it will get mixed into a huge vat, this is where they could add sugar syrup, and you will never know, blended in with various tankers full of honey from all around the world.

“if it says single source / single hive honey from UK” or something of that nature, you can be pretty sure you’re getting 100% honey.

as soon as it says honey from eu, or non-eu sources, it’s pot luck

There are many many documentary’s on this topic, it fascinates me

I buy local honey where ever possible unless it’s extortionate, which it usually is

you want to look for 454g (1lbs) for about £6 possible £7 depending on location (edited)

I found this brand in B&M, 1kg of 'honey' for about 3-4 quid. Got a couple of bottles, but it's disappointing, need to use loads to get some honey flavour. Can't by pure honey, as per previous comments, too cheap and lacking flavour. The fact that it doesn't crystallise doesn't bode well either.

I think its only just reached B&M , I got mine from farm foods end of last year and the bottom of my bottle began to go solid before I finished.

Voted cold by accident, sorry op! I’ve actually tired this one in the bigger sizes and was actually really surprised how nice it was. Most supermarket honeys taste of nothing and I really wonder what’s inside, but found this one had lots of flavour, like this really nice one I picked up on Holliday in Spain!

£1 - for sure, not real. I have the pure, raw and natural honey 100% guaranteed British honey! And not at £1
