About this item
  • UK to European Plug Adapter: Compatible in most of Europe countries such as Spain, France, Iceland, Germany, Greece, Poland, Portugal, Croatia, Norway, Austria, Netherlands, Turkey, etc. (Instruction: This adapter will not work in Italy, some cities may need Type C plug, please choose the suitable plug)
  • 30W High-Speed Charging: the UK to European plug adapter with USB C ports supports up to 30W max output PD fast charge for iPhone 14 series. iPad Pro 12.9"(2022) can be fully charged in 139mins, which is much faster than the original adapter(207mins).
  • Advanced GaN III Technology: By innovatively utilizing the GaN III chip to the power strip, Ugreen Travel Adapter offers up to 95% conversion rate in a more compact size and better heat dissipation with Thermal Guard technology. The smart plug adapter automatically detects the charging device and provides the optimum charging speed for each port.
  • 4 in 1 UK to EU Plug Adapter: The travel adapter extends 1 standard UK AC outlet(2990W) and 3 USB ports(PD 30W USB-C port & 2 18W USB-A ports), allowing you to charge up to 4 devices simultaneously. Plug adapter works with most electronic devices and small UK appliances, such as smartphones, tablets, computers, cameras, razors, electric toothbrushes, and more.
  • Comprehensive Protection: This UK to European plug adapter is made of PC-V0 fireproof material. Internal safety shutters in each outlet prevent the insertion of objects, which can greatly improve your usage safety performance. Charge with peace of mind with overload, overcurrent, and ground protection, along with many other security features.
  • Instructions for Use: This EU travel adapter from UK is not a voltage converter. If you are going to a country that runs on a lower level of voltage, your high powered appliances will need a dual voltage ranging from 100 to 250V, or you may need to use it with a voltage converter

Looks useful but that one doesn't have Power Delivery does it? which is vital for a growing number of people.

    This is quite good
    3 USB ports(PD 30W USB-C port & 2 upto 18W USB-A ports
30W on PD if only 1 device is connected or 15.5W shared across all 3 if more than one. Great for overnight but if you are thinking of quick charging then this isn't going to do multiple devices at the same time as it's very slow once you use multiple ports (edited)

Dumb question but what happens if i plug in my Anker 100w into this while in Europe?

The UK mains outlet on this product is rated far in excess of your 100W adapter (2990W), so it'll work just fine... as will anything else that uses a cumulative total of less than the maximum load.

Surely an EU adapter socket with a UK extension plugged into it is better? That way you have 4 or how ever many UK plugs you can use? That’s what I did when I travelled to Milan and Amsterdam. (edited)

Used one of these on a recent trip to Europe. Was hugely helpful and worked great.

Could this be used in UK as well?

The bit that goes into the wall socket is European plug. So unless you put yet another converter in front of it, no, it cannot be used in the UK.

    (please don't do this)

I remember when travel adapters were a quid from Poundland.

GaN and PD. Makes a difference.

Was gonna get one of these by then i realised that everything I use while travelling is powered by USB, so just going to get a European version of a Ugreen or Anker 65w charger!

I've had a nightmare with GAN adapter. Every single one without fail has ports just die

I keep saying people should buy reliable brands. Instead, they buy cheap, rubbish stuff. I've got multiple GaN, and none of them failed me.

Ugreen, despite appearing prominently here and on Amazon are not really a quality brand. Take a look at some of the technical reviews / teardowns and they cut corners as much as most budget brands.

Had an old low amperage dual USB travel adapter and it's ridiculously handy for stuff like kindles, watches, headphones etc. Guess it's time for an upgrade after that got borrowed and never returned.

Ugreen have always been a solid buy for me too. (edited)

That is correct - the AC plug is 230V with a 13A fuse, so it'll do up to 2990W.
