Handy little adaptor to have. Though one weird aspect of these adaptors is that the C side has a right and a wrong way up. If you’re not getting USB 3.1 speeds try rotating the C end

I'd be much more inclined to buy this 4 port hub for £4 to use with a Macbook. You'll be getting 4 USB ports and still leave one of your Macbook's USB-C ports free for charging.
