Captures 1080p/60fps, low latency on OBS preview, good but not great footage quality. For this price it's fine, and if you're streaming it won't make a difference anyway.
Passthrough 4k/60fps. It's not 30fps, it's actually a playable 60fps.
However the passthrough has some colour issues and seems to add a tiny bit of latency. This won't be a dealbreaker for most people, it's perfectly usable for most games, just not fighting or shooting games which is relevant to me. The Elgato HD60S+ didn't have this issue for comparison. (edited)
I bought the 1080 ugreen adaptor and it doesn't record PS5, sound was scratchy pic was fine. Had to order another 1080 card from AliExpress without the protection and it worked. Want 4k though
