Scammers! Don’t buy anything from them. You never get and you have to chase them ages for a refund!

I have ordered from them in the past and although I never received the confirmation email for the order the items did arrive. Strangely enough I got more emails about the delivery of the order than the order from themselves about the order itself.

I feel compelled to warn others too as these are by far the worst company I've ever ordered from. Ordered some stuff in January, it took about a week to 'confirm' the order, by which point half the stuff was out of stock. Couldn't sign into the app or online for love nor money, contacted customer services, no response for a week, only to be directed to some other finance division, to then only be sent back to the original department. 3-4 weeks in, still no sign of what I ordered, zero help from the company. After about a month, the half of the order they did still have arrived, by which point I'd given up on them. Never buying from them again, EVER!
